Good or bad, memories are just moments we collect throughout life -- moments that define the individuals we are today. Memories are powerful. Remembering someone dear can quickly turn into a lesson about gratitude. Knowing how lucky you were or are to have a certain person in your life can help you appreciate them even more. On the other hand, remembering something that makes you feel regret can also serve as a lesson. You cannot undo whatever you’ve done in the past, but you can learn from your mistakes and make sure you’ll handle things differently next time around.
